Cinco de Mayo Fest Returns to Fat City Park
Annual Celebration Features Live Music, Food, and Festivities
In a two-day celebration, the 8th annual Cinco de Mayo Fest returns to Fat City Park (3720 Hessmer St.) this weekend. The event will feature live music, food, and festivities for all ages.
The festival will kick off on Saturday, May 5th, with a performance by the Grammy-nominated band Los Lobos. Other musical acts performing throughout the weekend include Mariachi Sol de Mexico, La Santa Cecilia, and Ozomatli.
In addition to the music, there will be a variety of food vendors offering traditional Mexican dishes, as well as a beer garden and a kids' zone with games and activities.
The Cinco de Mayo Fest is a free event, and all are welcome to attend.
